Built for multi-location thrift retail

The same item gets the
same price in every store.

Label Logic turns pricing into a few taps. Pick the category, the size and the price point — a tag prints with a barcode your register already knows.

Per tablet, monthly. Add and remove tablets whenever you like.

Four taps, then it's on the floor

New staff are productive in minutes, because there is nothing to remember.

Build your pricing once

Categories, subcategories, sizes and price points, set by an admin and shared by every store. Nobody invents a price at the table.

Staff tap through it

Mens → Shirts → Medium → $4.99. Each screen is a grid of large buttons, laid out for a touchscreen and a fast pace.

The tag prints itself

Straight to a thermal printer at the table, with a permanent barcode. Print one, or a run of forty.

Everything the floor and the office need

One app for the people tagging and the people accountable for the numbers.

🏷️

Barcodes that never move

Every combination of category, subcategory, size and price gets its own permanent code. Rename a category and the tags already hanging on the floor keep scanning.

📊

Reports

Production totals, average price point and time tracked — by region, by store, by category, or by the person who did the work.

🎯

Comp Kicker

Performance bonus goals for managers and regional managers, with seasonal checkpoints and a live view of where they stand.

📐

ShelfMax

Plan how shelf space earns, category by category, so floor layout is a decision rather than a habit.

🔄

POS Sync

Export your whole pricing structure for your register system, or print tags in bulk before a big intake.

🎨

Color rotation

Tag colors track how long an item has been on the floor, so markdowns and pulls follow a schedule instead of a guess.

The internet goes down. Tagging doesn't.

Staff keep signing in, tags keep printing, and every item is saved on the tablet. The moment the connection returns it all syncs, and the reports catch up on their own. Nobody stands around waiting, and nothing is lost.

Priced per tablet

Pay for the stations you actually use. Add one for a busy season, drop it after.

$25 / tablet / month

No setup fee. Cancel whenever.

Questions

What do we need to buy?

An Android tablet and a thermal label printer per tagging station. We recommend the Zebra ZD621 at 300 dpi and a mainstream 11-inch tablet, but the app works with any networked Zebra label printer. You buy hardware wherever you like.

Will the barcodes work with our register?

The tags carry a standard Code 128 barcode, which every retail scanner reads. You import the code list into your POS once, and from then on scanning a tag rings up the right price. Code 39 is available if your system requires it.

How long does setup take?

You sign up, get an admin PIN and a pairing code, install the app on a tablet and enter the code. Building out your categories and price points is the real work, and how long that takes depends on how complicated your pricing is.

What happens if a tablet is lost or stolen?

Cut it off from the account console and it stops working immediately. Staff PINs are never stored in readable form, and admin access always requires a connection.

Can we change the number of tablets later?

Yes, whenever. Billing follows the count, so a seasonal station costs you only for the months it exists.
